How to Use:
Place the knife on a flat, stable surface with the blade edge facing up.
Hold the sharpener firmly and gently roll the diamond-coated wheel along the blade edge, maintaining a consistent angle.
Repeat the motion 3–5 times on each side of the blade for optimal sharpness.
Wipe the knife with a damp cloth after sharpening to remove any metal residue.
Maintenance Tips:
Clean after each use with a soft, dry cloth to remove debris from the sharpening wheel.
Avoid water exposure – this sharpener is not waterproof.
Do not apply excessive pressure during sharpening to prolong the diamond surface’s life.
Store in a dry place and use the protective case if provided to keep it dust-free.

Brilliant product easy to use and incredibly effective. It is also very satisfying sharpening knives so much so that I’m sharpening my friends knives as well. It does not create that teeth grinding sound that most knife sharpeners do. Highly recommend this product.
I am fussy about having sharp knives to work with. Sawing through something that should separate cleanly under a knife is an enduring irritation. Over the years I have had a number of ‘ultimate knife sharpeners’- this one beats them all. Simple and easy enough for my wife to use without having to reset blade angles and clamps, this get my thumbs up every time. Just a few passes to get the blade’s rough edges smoothed, and then a few passes to sharpen- works every time. In fact I want another 3 or 4 as Christmas gifts- let’s do a deal!

The Diamond rolling pin is extremely helpfull and easy to use, I have managed to sharpen not only my BraaiPlank BeenLem, but also used on various pocket knives and even my butchers knife, all with the successfull results, I definitely wont run out of sharp knives at my next gun fight. ;-)
