What an unbelievable cutting knife. It is slicing thru the biltong without any effort. I purchased the special and both my son's will receive their braaiplank knifes shorty. Highly impressed.

Bought 3 of them for gifts going to USA, UK, and Ireland I wanted to show the world how fantastic they look, plus they have a solid decent blade, unfortunately not been able to try out as they gifts like I said. All my kids make their own biltong overseas so this is just perfect for them, only trouble is I opened to view and I'm now pretty down as I'm so jealous. So I've have dropped suttle hint to my wife..lol
I have many braai tongs. Long, short, with light and without, however this Braaiplank one is the perfect length and grips wonderfully well. My favourite pair now.
The blade is rusting and the screws in the handle come out! Bought this for my husband for Father’s Day and his initial excitement on receiving it and happily chopping meat and biltong and even veggies super fast- has been overshadowed by the poor quality and durability of this knife.
Small, but mighty. This knife is the only knife joining us at any braai, super sharp edge, cleanly cuts on any meat or wors, great addition to our braai gear, love it!

So Happy with my purchase thought I could rotate like a cowboy and his gun . Not a very bright idea lol . Still not sure why there is that hole in the blade and others must have tried the same . Thank you Braai plank . Exactly what I always wanted .
