Lifetime warranty on all products

Every BraaiPlank™ product comes with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your product breaks under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it.

What’s covered

Defects in materials or workmanship that cause the product to break or stop working under normal use, for as long as you own the product.

What’s not covered

• Normal wear and tear, for example blades that need sharpening, scratches, marks, and wood that darkens or changes colour over time.
• Coatings and finishes wearing off, for example enamel, paint, seasoning or other coatings on pots, pans and cast iron, and fading of colours, prints or finishes.
• Rust or corrosion caused by not drying, oiling or storing the product as recommended.
• Misuse, abuse or neglect, for example dropping, prying or chopping bone with blades not made for it, using a product for something it isn’t designed for, or leaving it in the fire.
• Accidental damage, modifications, or repairs done by someone other than BraaiPlank.

If a product is no longer made

We’ll replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value.
