To claim a return for a refund, please send us the details along with your order number to howzit@braaiplank.co.za.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If however, we had to arrange for a collection of your returned products, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

How to claim from the warranty.
If your product breaks under normal use, simply return it for a repair or replacement.
