To request a refund, please send us the details along with your order number to cancel@braaiplank.co.za.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you would like us to arrange collection of your returned products, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow 3 - 7 days for us to process your refund.

If your product breaks under normal use, simply return it for a repair or replacement.

We understand that mistakes can happen when placing an order. While we are happy to assist with refunds or exchanges for incorrect purchases, it is your responsibility to contact us if your order confirmation does not match your intended purchase.

We can assist with order amendments before dispatch. However, once an order has been dispatched, any changes will incur additional costs.
