Try it risk-free for 30 days
Use it. Put it to the test. If you don’t love it for any reason, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, even if it’s been used.
The fine print
- Used is fine, abused isn’t. The product must come back complete, with all parts and accessories, and not damaged beyond normal use (for example broken, bent or chipped), unless it was because of a product defect.
- Personalised items (laser engraving) can’t be returned for a change of mind, because we make them just for you. They’re still covered by the lifetime warranty.
- Collection: if you’d like us to arrange collection, the courier fee comes off your refund.
- To request a refund, email howzit@braaiplank.co.za with your order number. We process refunds within 3–7 days of receiving the item.
How to claim from the warranty.
If your product breaks under normal use, simply return it for a repair or replacement.
