Twist open the basket lid and fill the basket halfway with your food items (such as vegetables, seafood, or chips). Securely lock the lid onto the basket.
Place the basket on the grill and turn the basket periodically to ensure even cooking. Use heat-resistant gloves when needed when handling the basket.
Cleaning

I USED A PORK FILLET WICH WE STUFFED WITH PRUNES GARLIC AND SPINACH AND FETA. TWINED IT UP.BRUSH IT WITH SOME OLIVE OIL EN BUTTER AND ITR FITTE3D PERFECTLY IN THE BASKET. IT WAS SUPOER EASY TO BROWN IT AND SEAL IT ON ALL SIDES EN ON LOWER HEAT COOKED IT THROUGH
We did our mushrooms in the braai basket - took some practice but they were delicious when we got it right. Look forward to doing more vegetables in it so that braai nights are not just meat and salad but meat and vegetables!
Putting them together was so simple and the veggies were absolutely delicious. They were kept nice and warm on the fire once they were cooked and browned which was awesome. They will now go everywhere with me. Truly made a great meal so simple.

Hi, can not send photo or video - only received the package yesterday. Ordered 2, got one free and unfortunately unpacked with friends from overseas around.
