Not Dishwasher Safe: Never put your knife in the dishwasher – always hand-wash.

Any knife edge can become blunt over time and with each use. We recommend that you sharpen your knife's blade as required.
The blade can be sharpened using any standard sharpening equipment, including a wet stone, rods, etc.

Bought 3 of them for gifts going to USA, UK, and Ireland I wanted to show the world how fantastic they look, plus they have a solid decent blade, unfortunately not been able to try out as they gifts like I said. Best Knives I have ever owned. Bought the special, the other two will go as gifts to Family Members. This Knives was Delivered on Friday, I could take my one with me to the weekend away. I did a Lamb Roast, this lovely knives had its best time, either cutting on the Roast itself or cutting on the wooden board for taste pieces. Friends asked me where I got it from, I told them, and their orders went in on Sunday already. I would like to have the sharpener to sharpen this knives to remain as sharp.

Fancy, rugged, very sharp but practical and useful Been Lem. I too saw all the reviews and videos but have been parking the knife in my shopping basket for a while now waiting for a special event to be spoilt. Finally taking the plunge and buying this for myself as as gifts too. Tried it out and first task up was deboning of a leg of lamb. With no issue other than staying very mindful of the extremely sharp knife gliding through meat cutting like it was butter. I can definitely recommend the knife.
