Sharpening
Any knife edge can become blunt over time and with each use. We recommend that you sharpen your knife's blade as required.
The blade can be sharpened using any standard sharpening equipment, including a wet stone, rods, etc.
Sharpening at a 15-degree angle, on each side.

A beautifully crafted carver, well balanced, sharp and handles like a dream. You can cut and slice anything from bread to an egg with smooth clean cuts. You can cut frozen meat, and not to mention Biltong, dry or soft to any thickness you want. It is an overall very handy pease of equipment to have in your home or at a braai. Well done to the maker.

I placed my order on the evening of 31 May 2026 and received confirmation the very next morning that the order had been processed. Three days later, on 4 June, the products were delivered. This knife is the shizzle! I have been cooking for many years and I have used Japanese knives, European knives and, dare I say it, knives from Woolworths!
Firstly, the balance is outstanding. Don't be deceived by its somewhat unwieldy appearance - it works.
