How to Use:
- Place the knife on a flat, stable surface with the blade edge facing up.
- Hold the sharpener firmly and gently roll the diamond-coated wheel along the blade edge, maintaining a consistent angle.
- Repeat the motion 3–5 times on each side of the blade for optimal sharpness.
- Wipe the knife with a damp cloth after sharpening to remove any metal residue.
Maintenance Tips:
- Clean after each use with a soft, dry cloth to remove debris from the sharpening wheel.
- Avoid water exposure – this sharpener is not waterproof.
- Do not apply excessive pressure during sharpening to prolong the diamond surface’s life.
